If I have an account with mybitcoin, and click create new receiving address, does the old address still reference my account? That is, would btc sent to the old address still be deposited into my account?

I would have thought it's not for technical support because it's a mybitcoin.com issue, not bitcoin. I assumed technical support was for the bitcoin client.

But yeah, much better to laugh at the category I've filed this under than actually answer it.

I've read on this forum that you do keep the old address, though I don't have a MyBitcoin account, so I can't be sure.

Yes, it is so. And you can easily check it. But you have no guarantees.
