edit:
Bitcoin is not an experiment.   It is a living organism - much like a virus.   It mutates.

The blockchain is like its DNA, with us, the market participants, as its ribosomes that read the DNA and eventually craft the proteins so necessary for its function. Organic proliferation is a beautiful thing; a simple time function Smiley

What type of event is the arrival of Homo Sapiens Sapiens and why is the chart to coarse to indicate what happened in the last 10.000 years?

Homo sapiens sapiens on first thought might've been a negative pressure, but now that I think about it, with all the radiation we've put into the environment I don't doubt if we've created even more.

I'd imagine data sampling is done via geological means, which is why the chart is so coarse.

Any chance the chart can be placed on another image hosting server, such as imgur? Work proxy blocks images from anonymouse

(If not, no worries, I'll find a way to see it)

edit: You rock. Thanks!

You post this as some sort of joke. But actually due to the continually accelerating rate of evolution your graph mirrors a certain truth.

The equivalent of millions of years of evolution in "pre-historical" times can take place in just a few days.

We aren't quite there yet. Very close though!
