buy it from coin base.   I am new and building up posts.  It seems I need to wait 360 seconds to make this post. I am still waiting for 360 seconds to expire.  I was wondering if anyone heard news about bips.me and if their wallet opened up it was hacked the other day.

This is a secondary account .

I have a roasted dandelion coffee company here in East Sussex (England) and at my last market I decided to make a large sign for the front of the stall proudly exclaiming that I accepted Bitcoin.

As a result of the large sign, and what with all the media attention that BTC has been getting lately, I had lots of people gathered around my stall asking me about Bitcoin; clearly I don't know as much as the people on this forum (which is why I'm here after all) but I did know more than many of the general public.

Well, this created quite a buzz around my stall, and people in markets are attracted by people in markets (they wonder what all the fuss is about) ... whereas I didn't sell one bag of coffee in BTC, I did sell more than I would normally because of the buzz that was created.

Thanks, indirectly, to Bitcoin : )

(I suppose what I was trying to say, in regards to your question, was that if you have anything to sell, why not try and sell it for Bitcoin)

To all of those who said that I can't get a btc for free: I got a btc for free. I started at bit Vegas and made my way up to 0.02. From there, I have bet, sold my signature, did boring tasks for others, and other stuff. Now I have 1.5 btc.

Sorry if this is a silly question to most people, but what exactly do you mean when you say you sold your signature?

if you go to the services section (once you're not a newb) then you can sign up for a campaign where you advertise other people's websites and the more you post with constructive posts, you get paid  Smiley like I'm doing

DO you Guys think it would be possible to sell beats/instrumentals for BTC?
Tell me what you think.
Audio Engineering/Music Production/Songwriter/Video editing are my specialties
and I hate to say that most of my current clients are not smart enough to even begin comprehending the inner workings of crypto-anything
JS Undecided
maybe like ten dope beats for like .2($152) satoshis and grind out on the keys day n' night
five sales later you got 1BTC
work hard.
but with soundclick and bandcamp out there......
Competition is stiff price and implementation wise.
nerds do usually make music however, Nerds are the new gangstaz. Grin

hello there all,
the main word on his/her post was FREE BTC which everyone cast it as a long shot as he stated or nill.
offering other workarounds except for mining from veteran members of this forum will be good idea but wont help him achieving his/her point of free btc.
and the final word will be what no more free btc !!?

A Satoshi is not the same as 1BTC. A Satoshi is currently the smallest fraction of a Bitcoin that can currently be sent (0.00000001 BTC). We don't want you to accidentally be charging 1/100000000th of the price you're wanting for something Wink not that you would currently be able to sell something for .2 Satoshis

Ur Right about that.
The whole idea is far-fetched.
Time to break out the java/html/c++ textbooks and refresh
I'll quit my job to earn BTC exclusively.

Buying 1 BTC is easiest, and still affordable. You dont need to buy 1 BTC at once, just whatever you can afford every month. I do it this way
