Rejected Transaction

I'm still learning all the ins and outs of all this stuff. I noticed a transaction in my wallet appeared. It was seen by three peers and now seems to be stuck. It's been over 48 hours so I started to investigate and try to figure out what's going on. Here's some of the info from the raw transaction..

I figured that first number is the hash right? So I look at the blockexplorer and blockchain and it's not found??

I decided to try and google the hash and found it on a rejected inventory section of blockchain. I'm not exactly sure what's going on here. Is there something I'm supposed to do, and will this affect the other contents of my wallet? Thanks for any information.
