Hi! I was wandering, is it possible to make a with a specific user through btc***e? i mean, for example i wont to specificaly change my money with another user. Could it be done?

why can't you withdraw? I had a problem withdrawing, you need to make sure it is 0.xx, not .xx if you are withdrawing less then 1 btc
