I PLAYED ON SWC FOR 2 YEARS.  I WAS FORCED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD.  WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT IT DIDN'T WORK.  NOW MY CHIPS ARE SITTING IN THERE, WHICH EQUAL .47 BTC, IF NOT MORE (BECAUSE I ALSO HAD A PENDING DEPOSIT).  ADMIN REFUSES TO RESET PASSWORD AND IS WHITTHOLDING MY CHIPS, WHICH I HAD INTENDED TO CASH OUT AND DUMP INTO LTC.  BUT NOW OF COURSE THAT'S TOO LATE.

HOW IS THIS LEGAL?  I GUESS I SHOULD CONTACT AN ATTORNEY???  WRITING IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE MY BTC, OR THE EQUIVALENT OF IT, IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE AND IT IS INFURIATING.

BRIAN MICON ADMITTED ON THE AIR LAST NIGHT THAT HE WOULD STRAIGHTEN THIS ALL OUT.  HE HASN'T AND HE WON'T.  PLEASE HELP.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.
