Hello y'all. I have been reading some of the complains here stated towards bitsler, some of them seem understandable but now that it kinda hit me, I do get their point.

First things first:
I am getting this message when I try to withdraw:

I have sent then 2 emails, through the supposedly 24/7 support and no answer at all, this for me seems a bit disrespectful. Not mentioning the messages I've sent through the chat asking for any mod, and all of them just hush.

My history:
I have been using bitlser since July 4, 2017. I was never a very active glamber, it's not my real cup of tea, mainly I am a forex trader, but anyways I am a sporadic glamber, and why not try it out?!? And I did.
I did start with their faucets, and did transfer to another account I created, but a very few times, and in order to try strategies, not to withdraw; I was not gonna put my money into something that I didn't know how works, and for that I needed funds, not to farm as I've seem their main claim here is that people do "faucet farming"; usually in forex, we have a demo account that we can have these funds in order to try out how the website works.
Anyways, after I realized how bitsler works, and I had lost the faucet money, I put my own money in both of my accounts and started doing the bets.

My accounts are: amplitudeja and matgut10
Total amount deposited:
BTC 0.01140295
LTC 0.21411392
DOGE 2943
(at different times and more than once)

Total amount of money withdrew:
DOGE 4616.25503177
(just made once and just by my first account, even though I deposited through the other account, it was only for testing, so all the money deposited there was wagered)

All the other rest of the money was wagered and mainly lost. So I stopped gambling for a while.
Just this week I decided to try it back and got some money, matter of detail, in DOGE that is not possible to take faucet and the message showed up.
Another thing is, it was possible to use the account all the way normally and just when I tried to withdraw the message was shown.

Am I the only person who is having a hard time understanding what's the real issue here ? I get that part you're a irregular gambler and you deposited some DOGE after trying out the faucets but never understood the multiple accounts part.Either way,here's what their policy states -

14.1. Having more than 2 accounts is strictly forbidden(by person/IP/house/family).

Does it make any sense to you now ?

So far yes, but I can try to explain again for you.

I am sorry, but I am not a irregular gambler, I just play sporadically, those have different meanings. Maybe that's why you are not understanding...

My main complain is (if it wasn't well described in the post above): why was I even able to deposit and to use the account normally, and just when trying to withdraw it was shown the message?
Also, please observe that I used to use the 2 accounts when I had just known the website, not now, in order to try it out, and even though I had made deposits through both accounts, I just used the main account to withdraw once.

More than 2 accounts. Meaning you can have up to two, so the rule doesn't apply to either you or the moderator.

This is allowed.
I am not sure why would they block your 20$ withdrawal, it doesn't make sense, unless their system has found something and you are not being honest. 
One can hardly make any conclusion from this topic, but it would be nice to hear other side too.

This question has been asked million times for different casinos, withdrawal will "trigger alarm" - deposit won't, that is the way how 99% gambling sites are working and no matter what you do you can't change this fact.

Many sites also like to freeze deposited funds which is kinda shady if you were to ask me ie I don't mean fund that you won, but if you're freezing an account with funds atleast let the regular deposits be withdrawn (provided they're not already lost in gambling)

Can you clarify which account you deposited to... which account you attempted to withdraw from... and which account you used faucets from?

A lot of the crypto casinos get a bit twitchy when an account that has only ever used faucets suddenly attempts a withdraw. If you deposited to Account1, played and then transferred to Account2 and then tried to withdraw from Account2 (without playing), that might just have triggered an "anti faucet farming" protection.

This doesn't make sense.
Gustavo is asking you to provide him IP and to reveal your accounts, it sounds like they are not sure and without these information it doesn't explain why did they block your account.
Also, IP can give false positive result.

Sounds like you have been connecting either via Dynamic IP, some sort of shared connection (public WiFi at starbucks, college dorm etc) or perhaps a TOR/VPN connection and they seem to think that all these accounts are connected via IP.

It has caught a few people out before... and it can be difficult to prove that accounts are not linked if they're only looking at IP data.

Try to remember to remain calm, and don't start getting angry or abusive. You're more likely to have a positive outcome if you stay calm and reasoned. They're also more likely to listen if this is the case! Good luck.

So far I am being quite calm. But it is becoming a bit challenging, it's the 3rd day and since the last email, no answer. I even asked yesterday if he had any update, and no answer so far.

Well, after all my complains, I want to be fair and give the last outcome regarding this topic.

So, to conclude all. Yeah, they unlocked the withdraws in my account and it's working normally already.
They did block my faucets though, what didn't make a lot of sense for me why, but to me it doesn't make any difference, since I don't really use them.
So, being fair and square, they were honest at the end, I am not gonna be hypocrite and just leave my complains here, and they did give the money back.
They did take 4 days to do it though, what is still a point to improve, but you know, may be the analysis process...
Thank y'all here who gave me any hint or even an explanation, I really appreciate it, it did help me a lot!

Sounds like a decent result. I guess they can't "prove" that all those accounts are yours, but to prevent any abuse (faucet farming) they're going to block the faucets on your accounts (and I suspect the other accounts that flagged as same IP).

Likewise, it would be difficult for you to somehow prove that those other accounts aren't yours!

Still, at the end of the day, your ability to withdraw has been restored which is really the most important thing. I think this solution is pretty fair for all parties concerned. Nice to see Bitsler investigating and taking what I think is a "sensible" approach... There a plenty of horror stories of other users just having accounts locked (and funds forfeited) by various crypto casinos simply saying "multi accounts/breach of ToS" etc!
