Can I get a price for this house in USD I rather see a price pegged to USD than bitcoin? How close to the water is it? Is there any private beaches near it?

The water is about 100 meters from the house at the bottom of my property. The lake is full of Aussie Marron! The house is in the Perth Hills with the Beach about 45 minutes away.
