I won't be surprised if these three accounts are related and part of some greedy account farmer. Created on the same date and posting on the same thread on a same mistake, namely enrolling on a finished campaign. I don't even think they really want to enroll, just increasing thwir post count.

I could really bet they are. He likely has a bot posting this stuff. A well organized spammer.
