I really do not recommend you to invest in this scam gamble. Most of them are so fake, and it is very hard to find out if the project is a scam or not. Better to invest in alts or Bitcoin.

The perfect ICO is very simple  , that you like the idea of the project, it's finally implemented and you earn at least 100% on it.

there is no perfect ICOs but there are good or or better or best or excellent etc.. mostly ICOs have flaws that is why after ther ICO is finish they start to develop it. you are new to investing so you have to research first.

You should thoroughly understand the project by reading the white paper, study the roadmap, check the basis on which it was developed and check out for the management team and how successful they have been with project.
