The issue of customer reviews is a big and huge business. if well implemented, this can surely be a game changer. Since many business use customer feedback and reviews to review and improve their services. This will surely generate alot of interest and hence more funds will be raised by the platform. i have gone through the whitepaper and it seems the creators of this project took time to understand the project. kudos
