With these knowledge why don't you become a developer or CEO of a team, raised a few capital from family and friends or banks to run an ICO for a project you are expert in. Instead of looking for a job , I think you can create one and employ people rather to work for you. Find a project in your field and reinvent the wheel  by adding what the project failed to address, and implement it.

As for me if we want to look for a  project. The  project can be divided two parts and for example:
a. Small projects: Can be built independently. No human dependencies or sales for the first few versions.
    Simple customer acquisition. Scalable with code. (i.e. Google, utilities, tools, widgets)
b. Large projects: Need to build a team. Human dependencies, sales needed (i.e. B2B products that need
    to be sold to businesses). Complex customer acquisition. Platform ideas where you need to get supply & demand side of users and it needs
    a heavy operations team to scale . And so we can choose the project well or carefully. Thank u you.

or established billionaires/millionaires trying to surf on the cryptowaves, they also are failing.
