Coinbase and Olaf ignoring me for over a month after labeling "high risk"

I have been buying through coinbase for awhile.. made several purchases.. bought bitcoins at $180 and gave coinbase a free 7 day loan.  They apologized and offered to "white list" me but they have ignored every request to honor the $180 price since that email.  I then asked them to close my account and remove any trace of my identity from their site or databases, and they have again ignored my requests and failed to acknowledge my support ticket.  We're now sitting at $850 bitcoins and I doubt they're going to honor it.  This was down right theft.  They took the money from my bank account.. waited 7 days.. the price of bitcoin had shot to $260+ and then they refund me and label me "high risk"?  Even after I was LEVEL 2 VERIFIED WITH INSTANT DEPOSIT.

At this point, I don't even want the coins.  In fact I never want to do business with these thief's again.  What I want is every trace of my identity out of their hands.  How do I go about this?  I do not trust these crooks with my bank information or anything else.

I contacted Olaf through these forums and they resolved my similar issue. But it sure was a pain in the ass.

still waiting, olaf has been ignoring me for weeks.. coinbase got back to me after a month and said, "SOrry we've been swamped if you still need help reply back" LOL what a bunch of fucking assholes..
