First off, we would like to apologise for the radio silence during the last couple of days. Don’t worry, we’re here and we’ve taken in and processed all of your feedback and suggestions.
The reason for our silence is this:
ShareLock UG has received new investment from a private equity group which has raised the value of our business to €9.5 million. Not only is the group interested in our ShareLock token but will also be taking a stake in the business.
Together with our new business partners we had to decide whether to commence the Initial Coin Offering or not…
We’ve come to the conclusion to keep the I.C.O. to give you the chance to become a part of the already successful ShareLock project!
However, there will be changes in the system of the ShareLock Token:
Because of the high sums accrued through investors every member receives a 1000% bonus on our ShareLock Token. That means if you buy tokens for 1,000€ you will receive an amount of tokens equivalent to 10,000€. The launch price of the token of course remains at 0.05€.
Example calculation:
100€ = 2000 SHX-Token + Pre-Sale Bonus (30% = 600 SHX) + Bonus (1000% = 26,000 SHX) = 28,600 ShareLock Token)

Further updates on the development of ShareLock:
Thanks to our investors, we can now begin the actual production of ShareLock.
As of yesterday, we are looking for new office spaces to build up our infrastructure and are fitting out the office to have up to thirty staff members whom we expect to recruit in the coming weeks.
Next week, we will visit several locations in Germany to search for the perfect manufacturer of the ShareLock. The development of ShareLock continues to thrive. We expect to be able to publish the first photos of the ShareLock within one month.
As a result of the new investors, we now have many new options for distribution. We now have over 1000 large German supermarkets which will list our product as well as 300+ hardware stores and 500 bike stores in Germany!
