Litecoin can confirm transaction faster. LTC uses scrypt in proof-of-work algorithms, and requires more asymptotic memory. Because of the use of scrypt algorithms, FPGA and ASIC devices made for Litecoin mining are more complicated and cost more than Bitcoin.

I still have confidence in Litecoin. When BTC hit USD 6200 in October 2017, 1 LTC was USD 62. However, after December's bull run when BTC dipped back to USD 6200 in Feb. 2018, LTC only dipped to USD 130 (later it did dip to USD 118). However, even if it may have lost more than half its value since peak times (like most coins), the fact that it didn't go back to USD 62 makes me think it is a strong coin with plenty of potential to grow. |

I am not sure about it,but i am waiting for the litepay to be released,because ive heard charlie lee is developing the litecoin which is like the bitpay of bitcoin,it will offer small merchants to use litecoin sa their main cryptocurrencies,if you are a merchant which are planning to accept cryptocurrencies litecoin would be the best choice as it has faster confirmation speed than bitcoin/ethereum,with less fees.

Who knows really what will be Litecoin's price tomorrow, next week, or next month. If the tech remains solid and will continuously be developed and many of the crypto community continues to support it, then I believe it can only go up.

Litecoin does look like a good option for people to buy into and use as a hold coin if you ask me, I mean the project looks good and the developers seem to always be working to make the project a better one so that is a plus side. Although Charlie Lee seems a bit shady but now that he is out of the market I think the coin will grow more and better in the coming years.

I don't think he regrets his move by selling during the peak.
If you will take notice by the time he sells, the market is very healthy and every coin is on all time high so he sold at the best time.
And after that the market starts to fluctuate lower, now he wants to make the coin fully anonymous and I don't know if he got in at good price again.

I don't trust Charlie Lee and his posts. It seems he's taking advantage his reputation, in order to sell high and buy at low prices.
Sell what? He dont have any Litecoin. What he will sell? In general why should you trust random people on the internet. What they say. Why? In crypto you trust the code, not the people. But this shitcoin crypto we have now is just about preannouncements and announcements and pump and dump. Leave Charlie Lee out of this. |

If history is any indicator of the future, we are around the Nov 7-14th week of our last cycle. Litecoin has broken the downtrend and is now finding support before taking the next leg up. When volume comes back in, this thing could get interesting.

I said yes because lite coin is very good to invest, litecoin is very good coin and they have good record and stabile, the price is always increasing and make a lot of investor interested in litecoin, litecoin is very lite like it names because we can enjoy make an investment in that coin without feel anxiety
