More than 90 hours, my money is still not adding BTC-E.COM

Hello all,

90 hours ago i passed the e-wallet deposits to btc-e.com (several thousands of dollars)  so far my account have not balance, there is no trading history, they just closed my ticket and chat.

I think they closed my ticket and chat , at least prove one thing, they saw my ticket. but why there is no answer,Hard to understand why.
