CPU mining on Windows Server 2008?

I have a CPU mining rig that I might end up using or LiteCoins, but can't seem to get it configured. Any Help?
It had two 3ghz Intel Xeon Processors

Can't help you with setup, but have you considered mining XPM or Protoshares with that setup? If you are willing to hold on to the coins as an investment you might make much more profit since there isn't a highly optimized GPU miner for either yet (XPM does have a miner but its pretty slow).
