Hi MagicalTux or someone knowledgeable,
my friend have transferred $1 (I know, just trying out dwolla account) to his MtGox account. The statements at Dwolla.com say that its passed through already, but he still did not see the $ in his account. He thinks that its lost due to fees or so, but I myself have did that last time and got the $1 in. I've helped him to contact mtgox's customer service with all the details but they told me to get a "reference number" with "alphanumeric" stuff. The person in charge also told me that she couldn't find the transaction in the database. All can I see from dwolla.com account is the transaction ID, which I gave on the start. The transaction ID is a short 5-6 numerical code only. What can I do now?

Thanks.

They have to do it manually.

Well, according to the customer service rep she can't find my request in the database at all. Would that be a problem?
Thanks for replying

Apparently Dwolla->MtGox has stalled. Nobody seems to know why.

Saw the notice at the helpdesk. Thank goodness this is not the only case as I'd have a lot of problems converting my friends to bitcoins  Grin

Apparently Dwolla->MtGox has stalled. Nobody seems to know why.

Problem is fixed, once again dwolla changed their API ( CSV format changed again without any notice to mtgox ) , problem is now fixed .

Then when can we expect our deposits to clear?

I sent USD from dwolla to mtgox at 5pm CST last night. Still hasn't shown up in my mtgox account.

Yes, the problem is fixed, but it could take some more hours to show up, progressively processing all the transactions that were stucked since dwolla changed the format of their CSV without noticing mtgox first.

please wait a little more and fill a request on :
https://mtgox.zendesk.com/entries/20248423-transaction-inquiries

if its still not here within 12 more hours
