pre ico still last quite a long time his results were also quite hopefully his future this project will be more floating and ICO also run later.

Although this idea is promising and it has chance to attract the people to invest in it but on other side roadmap is too long even ICO will continue by end of current year. That is the reason why people don't want to keep their funds on holding for long time and they are not getting attention from investors.
