Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I can ship to EU if USPS will deliver there (or UPS/FedEx I suppose). Ship from is 93401. I allocated ~$15.00 USD for shipping so calculate your shipping costs and add to $85.00 USD for PSU.

You got it. $170 USD settled in BTC in SLO. Cross of Marsh/Higuera Street at 101. PSUs will come to work with me tomorrow if you commit to purchase them. I will need to know by 18:30 tonight whether to bring them or not.
