Downloaded win installer, but virustotal gave 2 alerts. However those can be false positives.

Yeah these are false positives I will try to contact the two effected AV's to report them as false positives, the GUI is open source so any of you can compile the wallet for yourself if you have any concerns but the results will be the same as its got to be something to do with the packages used to compile, hope this helps

If your still concerned you could use the web wallet or even gath as command line wallet.

mainnet went live on 12 May. Testnet should have been down on 8th May, it's not really clear how you were able to mine on 9-10 May.

Those were testnet coins, no real value imho.

been mining now for 24 hours. 358 coins in the wallet. transactions seem fast and had no problems so far. if the devs are active on this coin i can see it doing well

Sorry its impossible that you mined Atheios as ALL test services where were taken down on the 8th May and ALL mainnet services went online 12th May, so if you mined before the 8th May then those coin was just testing the network as we advertised everywhere, if you mined on the 12th May or later then you would keep these coins, hope this helps thanks
