As he obviously didn't get rid of your spamm (if it was the reason and if such exists) because you simply created a new account :/
So there is a second option that someone bought your account, but judging on your trust rating, no one would buy that account
Unless someone already bought it and he scammed someone and so earned the bad rating?

On a more serious note, I don't think the donator - who just had some fun - would appreciate this. I can tell you that he did more "stuff" with that address.
