Blockchain.info bug ???!!!

I was trying blockchain.info for its API few days ago.
It provides a payment receive API which allows you to hide your address.
http://blockchain.info/api/api_receive

It is simple to use just call url
https://blockchain.info/zh-cn/api/receive?method=create&address=$receiving_address

then you will get another address.  Money send to it will transfer to $receiving_address.

I was bored that day and relink it hundreds of time .
(which means I got an address and then use it to generate another....)

Then I send 0.01BTC to it, I got 0.0102 BTC back! WTF!!!
So I tried many times but only few times success..
My transaction feeeee.

Is this a bug ?? Double spending or what cause this s**t

bug is still there...
