You currently can't do that as you're still a newbie. That feature will be enabled whenever you reach the "full member" rank.

That's not the only requirement to become a full member. There's another requirement and that is to obtain "merit".

Full member requires 100 merit and 120 activity.

Avatars are not allowed to newbies. You have to be a Full Member or higher rank to wear avatars. You need activities and merit to upgrade your bitcointalk account. If you want to know more about upgrading your account please read this official thread Merit & new rank requirements

You have to wait until you reach full member rank for you to change every features from your profile.

Not now, you need hard work to get Full Member Rank. And it need at least 100 merit and it's very hard especially for newbie like us which have less knowledge.
