It's not a bug, after blockchain reorganization (this is a normal process for decentralized coins) some transactions expired, so they weren't reincluded into other blocks.

Expiration time is determined as [time when transaction created] + [deadline]. If u set a short deadline then some transactions may be rolled back to ur balance.
