Has someone tested Bitsplay.ga - Play Satoshi Dice?

I found it today,few minutes ago and didnt found anythink about it.There you can create your own dice game.You get 70% profit and they get 30%.House edge lower that 1% you muss pay activation fee for the game.If you create a higher house edge you dont pay anythink.Can someone found more infromation about this site?

The minimum bet is like 0.01 BTC. I wouldn't dare try such a site with 0 information regarding it.
