I tried hard with my good will to not judge directly as a scam attempt but once I saw the words "cloud mining" I cannot say you are going to get ROI with these guys.

Also a nice trick is that you say that you will send to the person the card after 2 years, of course you can as is the same as buying a GTX 750 ti nowadays, it just costs 35-55 dollars, that will be the price of the card they will send after two years. This is a bit more subtle scam attempt, some people may fall for it because of the graphic card offering so this is a warning to stay away.
