I love to be the part of the great forum. I want someone to create a forum like this. Don't panic i will pay you whatever you ask for the development.

I can help you get your project up and running, of course you will need to have your own TLD, SSL and hosting already.

If I am correctly understood you just need SMF forum for the domain. As I know, there you need just a few clicks to install SMF. I think each more serious Hosting provider have automated script installer.
But Bitcointalk has much more than default SMF software. Here they are implemented many stuff which makes the forum specific. You need to say what exactly you want to have

Anyone (even I) can easily setup a SMF forum for you, if you want to make the next best thing then I suggest you first visit the alternate forums that already exist, try to follow what they got right that Bitcointalk got wrong.

Having a forum "similar in shape to this forum" does not mean you will achieve the same success like this.
In fact, some of the sites using this type of design templates and rarely make such forums famous.
Before I log in here, I thought it was a sterile historical forum, but the purposeful posts made me stay.
