i think the top potential decent coin to buy is binance coin. Binance is one of the most successful cryptocurrency companies in the world of cryptocurrency. It is illogical to expect the increase on the altcoin's prices if the BTC market goes higher from the price of the last high level on small timeframes. The dominance of the Bitcoin increased a lot since 2017- mid 2018, the price meltdown in altcoins was the sign of the new bear market which covered the market with in 2 years

The price of the altcoins is headed to the support level which can be observed with fibonacci golden average rules. If the BTC price goes up, the altcoin market will go down. For now, just go for BTC. Alts have proven quite risky since the 2018 crash. For safety I would suggest buy BTC rather than alts. Many people are expecting alts to start outperforming BTC at some point, but there's no real sign of it happening yet.

Nobody knows for sure, but many of us still believe in altcoin season and for that reason I'm holding my bag and I'm buying some undervalued coins when evsd I can. When we take current prices and their ATH fro two years ago difference is big, but I think some of the altcoins are going back there and higher. Waves is one of them, price is low but this guys are developing this platform and community is growing, that's for to mean something and they have my support.
