How to HODL correct ?

Is there an unwritten rule of hodling ? Any increase % that you aim for ? 100-200% increace in price ? Or its just how you feel about it.

Yes, there is. It's unwritten because it maintains some mystique about the concept. If the rule of hodling were written, they'd be written something like this...

(1) Buy some bloody bitcoin (not injured bitcoin, but in the English adverbial sense of entire, complete, pure, naked)

(2) Now...this is the tough part...let that bitcoin sit in your wallet

(3) It's OK to peek at the balnace, but whatever you do...don't SELL it....don't EXCHANGE it!

(4) The longer you let that bitcoin sit in its wallet, the greater you are enacting "the hodl" and trust me when I say that the journey is enlightening!

When you buy coins, you must immediately decide how much interest you want to earn, and then sell them. The best way.

Literally most people hold not because to wait for percentage of the increase but depends on how the market will impact them especially when there's a price rally, so basically yes, emotions and feeling are part of it.

Most altcoins are pump and go then that cycle will not repeat again so hodling it for long term is sometimes not a good idea. So for this, even how high the percentage of increase, if people's emotions saying that it's time to let go , then released it no matter what.

For those who wants to do an altcoin hodling for long term, they need to have the guts to do it especially if their target is 100 to 200% or more increase plus the duration is really long period of time.

#why only altcoin? Because bitcoin is technically proven that fits for long term hodling.

It completely depends on the person. Some just simply hold pretty much forever, even though rises and crashes happen, and some just hold until a huge breakout comes, and then they sell and re-buy on a better position. Just try things out and stick to what works best for you.

Erc20 token,is worth it to #hodl because for me,erc20 will pump thier value soon,let's promote erc20 token like #moneytoken is the future cryptocurrency.lets example the ethereum and litecoin,3years ago the value of those coins are cents but now already acceptable in many exchanges and merchants...the erc20 will become valuable if we can #hodl:)or buy n sell..
