I have a problem, My account that was blocked, after trying to change the account password through the secret question, when I tried to access the account was blocked. What I can do, I have an associated ethereum address that I can sign a message. How do I sign through MEW?

Another blocked issue for secret question. It really is concerning me as well. I really hope you get back your account.

hilariousandco doesn't handle account recovery. You must read the description in that given link.

After you've done with the signed message using the template, carefully do this (don't spam their inbox):

Send one PM to Cyrus. If Cyrus doesn't respond after two weeks, you can try sending a PM to me instead.
