actually, 0.25~0.35 is the fair price considering the low dividends and high potential risks of strong competition in mining as the Bitcoin prices rises quickly.

I think he meant if there will be a standby period of 15 minutes at the end of the auction aka last bid + 15 mins then auction ends once that passes
From how I interpreted it no once the timer passes all orders before that point are valid

If you mean time extensions then this would lead to thos winning that can stay up all night and bid. And it might move on for days this way. I prefer a fixed end until everybody has to bid. Similar to ebay. So there wont be time extensions.
