Yes th price will keep going up as long as the ICO keep spring ing up, but can this be sustained no, IMO it doesn't worth it, it happens also during the dot.com bubble but how many people now are investing into it, but we all know the value of domain like Bitcoin.com now, it will go for millions of dollar

Definitely. Crypto related domains are sought after now because of the rise of the popularity of bitcoin and crypto in general. Every one is looking for a good crypto related domain names specially in gambling so I have no doubt that this is a good investment this year. You can even earn as low as $500 to begin with if you have bought a very attracted domains.

Domain flipping is not new though, it has been here for a while and it is still booming now that crypto is also blossoming. I remember that there's this one contest in the services section asking for a good online dice game name. If you are lucky that you have register it yourself, I'm pretty sure that the owner would love to acquire it at any cost.

For now if i do have the money and diversifying out potential profits then i would consider that domain flipping where you can actually make thousands or dollars if you do hit up a catchy crypto domain but same as being said above.If we do talk about sustain then this wont really be enough.

if we see from the current antuasiasme, indeed the chances are quite large and have a high profit. but you also have to understand the risks, disadvantages, competitors, and other things, to anticipate if the conditions do not match your expectations.

your domain price will increase a lot based on market sentiment and price.

".com" is always been expensive compared to other domains but there are instances where site owner doesnt tend to make use of it which somehow they do mixed out with not common domain name even though they had the money to spend on to purchase. ".io" is more attractive nowadays.
