You are in the incorrect section to get the people for the signature work first. Then you need to make the payment slightly increased than you mentioned here because this is not a worthy payment for hero members to join in campaigning.
Then finally you please go ahead to hire any good signature manager like yahoo or woshib. Those are good at managing the signature campaign on this forum. If possible you can take this thread to section soon mate.

I think you would have a hard time gathering participants in your bounty, what you are offering is a signature campaign which in the first place must be posted in the bounties section. Plus you are talking for a reward value of $100/ month which even requires an account to have 800+ activity is way too low.

If you want to hire a person with that rank having 800+ activities, I thing 100$ per month is a small amount of money, and I don't think it will satisfy him. I advice you sir to get a lower rank instead or if you really wanted a higher rank member on this forum make the salary better or higher than 100$ per month.
