Cold Storage Transfer Stuck For Almost Two Weeks

Back on April 20th, I transferred a test amount of BTC from my Hot Wallet into my Cold Storage wallet.  This was my first time experimenting with spending from Cold Storage.  Everything went well, but when I broadcast my transaction on my online computer it said there was an issue communicating with the regular Bitcoin Node, and that it got processed RBF.  I've right-clicked the bottom transaction to "Bump Fee" multiple times, because I did sent it at 2-3 s/byte.  However, that should definitely have processed by now.  I'm not sure what the issue is here, and if my transaction will ever get processed.  Sad face.  Here's a screen shot of what it looks like for me.

Hi. Can you please post your logs? Also, are you able to make other types of transactions without issues?

Yes, no problem with other transactions.  How do I post my logs?

I tried this so many times and it never did anything.   Or am I RBF incorrectly?  On my online device I right click on the error and click the bump fee button.  Do I need to do this on my offline computer first and broadcast a new tx after transferring the tx data to the online computer?

The bump fee option should spawn the Send dialog to create a new transaction.
