Watchout, He is selling Multiple transaction! he is selling 1 Licence but to lot of people

He sell the licence to me but the API keys keep appearing eventough i has already remove the key

LOGICALLY if he SELL the LICENCE he will NOT use that again right?
and the API key wont just appear itself withou process of /addkey right?
but those API key always reappear! that means he/someone still using the key!
