UK/Europe relevant question only.

If you use SEPA to transfer to BTC-e, do you need to verify yourself in some way other than email?

Also:
1 In the support pages, it says a min of 500EURO.
2 On the finance pages, it says a min of 2000EURO.

I've seen posts from various who are depositing less, but only in relation to complaints about BTC-e processing time...

Can anyone help?

ps IF there's an easier way to buy BTC on a foreign exchange for people in the UK (other than LBC/Bitbargains or similar), please share. Basically I can't tolerate prices that are 80GBP (at time of writing) above BTC-e price.
