As a newbie from this community is was wondering what am i going to participate?
Airdrops? Referals? Or Campaigns? Please help me guide in here i just wanted to learn like you guys.

I think you should prioritize to participate in the translation program it will be very good for you to help you improve your English and earn more income.
If you have a lot of followers on FB and TW channels, join the rest
Some things about the bounty program
1. Youtube- making videos to promote their projects.
2. Blog- making creative content about the project to promote it.
3. Facebook- Like and Share/post their post in social media to promote them.
4. Twitter- Tweet/Retweeting their post to promote them.
5. Translation- Translating their campaigns to your native language.
6. Signature- Wearing their signature and making their required post to promote them.

Instead of earning few cents (being a newbie you're not going to earn much), why don't you focus on learning? The forum is not meant to be a "free money place", but a site where you can discuss, learn from others, even get some help if you have any kind of problem, etc.
If you come here with the only goal of earning some money, then probably you are not interested in creating some good contributions to the site, which is the correct approach to the community.
Consider learning as much as you can first, this is free.

Why are you directly asking to participate for some campaign? Are you seeking money? If you are new in this forum, you are allowed to do that such as Airdrop and referral as you said. You also can participate in some signature who accept newbies, but becareful for your posting. You still need to learn a lot if you participate the signature, other wise your posting will be deleted and you can not receive your reward. Read a lot, that is the key.
