Since bitcoin/litecoin is more of a commodity right now, can (if so where?) it be sold or bought at wholesale price?
In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

It's not as easy to buy than to sell them. Wholesale is unlikely.
