I don't see how signing for something makes you guilty either. And I'm not sure about entrapment. It'd be entrapment if a police officer came up to you on the street and offered to sell you drugs, but on Silk Road you aren’t really enticed by anyone but yourself into attempting to purchase drugs.

But of course there is , they offered hot coffee (drugs) to people that come to the police station out of which 99% hate cops  (to people that want to buy drugs because of addiction).
