Project idea - Town or City built on the blockchain

I have an idea for a project.  There are so many successful blockchain projects that can be used to launch a small town or city.  There are blockchain projects for nearly every industry. This can be done with the right people. We already have a few important things in place.

There are already a couple pf project live on this principle. Aeturnum is one such project who intends to do it. I am not very sure how good the project is but the idea is certainly not new.

Dreams are great, but little can be done compared to the possibilities of this technology.
There is a lot of misunderstanding when we talk about the Blockchain. many associates it with bitcoin, porn, and the drugs, but as soon as the point of view changes, there will be more than just a small city [ may reach capitals and countries.]
Linking blockchain to the internet of things"Iot" will make things much easier

There are many resources that can be used to make this a reality if you find the right connections.

We have in place complete plans to build an entire city made from natural materials such as hempcrete, bamboo, and other natural materials. Along with a team of master builders and experts in sustainability.

We have the resources to produce our own building materials using hemp and bamboo.

We have tested and proven plans to build a solar energy generator of any size with enough energy to power a city.

What would need to be done is figuring out integrating the blockchain which I don't believe would be difficult. I believe this project would also help many cryptocurrency with their development.

We are not 501c3, One Community Global is 501c3 and they are a completely separate entity. We just use their open source designs.

The site posted is not our site. One Community Global is an open source organization that research and designs complete sustainable communities for anyone to use.  Is there a site for Ethic?

is this some kind of virtual reality city on the blockchain?

why? why not use world of warcraft servers and build this city there or in second life etc.

there are many issues to be solved to found a city except you have an army like alexander that conquered persia and founded 30 cities within 9 years

We have access to cheap unincorporated land which is why we do not want to purchase land in an existing city. We wish to allow the community to develop the land by dealing with unincorporated it allows the community to develop with less restrictions.

Why blockchain? We ask why not blockchain, it solves many issues. Plus we want to be a test city so others can easily duplicate our design anywhere in the world.

That's good idea, but where does that town will be?
Somebody like cold, and want to live in place like Norway.
Somebody like hot, and want living in Asia, in Thai, for example.

Of course, Bitcoiniya - cool place. But, where?

We own 20 acres of unincorporated land in the USA. This is where we are raising funds to build our bamboo farm and processing facility.

The county that our land is located is up for sale which is millions of acres. By the land being unincorporated we could begin building our first ecovillage and begin communicating with the local, state, and federal government to officially become a town or city if the members decide that route.

The idea sounds foolish. Wasnt cryptocurrency technology built so that we would break borders instead of creating them?

Good luck to the project but I hope potential investors will think twice once the project's developers start asking for money.
