Rudyo, yes this is indeed the company. I have just sent you an email from the company email account (chinapcbs.com).
Hope it arrived. As for the others, I am sorry that I cannot reply to your PMs but I have actually hit the 5 PM limit.

I will get in touch with you all as soon as possible. If rudyo takes the devices there are no more left, but still write me please - maybe we can make a few more. Never thought there would be so much interest.

in the advertisement does not put the company name
so I do not where to get that link
because this company does not put it in the description of the sale
I see more and more clear that it is a scam
that does not answer or the pm or here

TOTAL SCAM!  Do not send any BTC to this scammer!

Proof to follow.

1) I asked for an email from him which first came from @inbox.com.

2) He said his name was Vong Lee and claimed his company was Guangzhou Sigma Technology Limited and the phone number and address matched, but those are easily taken from the website.

3) He couldn't or wouldn't send the original photo he used in the post. He wouldn't send any other photos of the product either or any of him at his company.
I wanted to extract the exif data (exif data can be edited, but most people don't know how or know about it)

4) His English was VERY good...almost TOO good.

5) He claimed he was in China, so I asked for an email from his company.  It is easy enough to trace email to a specific IP and server.

He sent one, and the only problem was that it was from deadfake.com.
Here is the header info from the email:

great catch rudyo.. also this just reeks scam.. so they managed to sell 490 devices and mysteriously left with just 10 devices? this just doesn't add up in my book...

The quantity:
We have already sold around 490 devices so unfortunately only 10 are left for sale. Usually we sell on alibaba.com, a friend just gave me the hint to sell a few devices on bitcointalk.org with the hope to get a few new customers for our next batch: We have ordered a batch of 28nm ASIC chips from bitmine.ch and will roll out a 500GH miner not later than march 2014.

I offered more than the asking price for all the units using escrow and got no reply.

Pretty unlikely this is legit.
