The nvc website is mysteriously down and the largest pump and dump just happened on btc-e. NVC went to 0.04 in less then 2 minutes then back down. Check it out

Why would a website being down mean its a scam? If Bitcointalk went down for maintaince, or was being DDOSed, or something, would that make Bitcoin a scam?

NVC a scam? What made you think that, the premine? Or was it the 110.000 NVC bribe to btc-e for adding them? Or was it the unrealistically high prices? Or the fact it got from 7.3USD suddenly to 28.5USD and now it magically is 14USD.

No, it isn't a scam, natural growth Tongue

It was just too random of an event. The key word was MIGHT. Someone immediately came and just started pumping NVC and people in the trollbox went crazy and started saying the website is down. When you went to the site it says oops google chrome could not find novacoin.or. I never stated it was a scam, simply suggested it might be.

Btw bitcointalk isn't the official website for bitcoin. The official website for NVC is mysteriously gone it appears.. There is a difference and the average Joe would even think something is up
