So I was hoping that I could find anyone who could help me with my FTC mining. my auto payout has stopped working and I have a few hundred FTC stuck on the site. I've been mining on

I tried manual payouts multiple times, I tried using a new payout address, the site just won't pay out my FTC. Can anyone help me please? I appreciate any guidance on this.
