We already sold 1 masternode.
DEV if you want to sell MN you should do better marketing of the coin, as very few people know about it. The company "bitcointalk Signature" always gives good results to attract new people. Think about it!

Distributing reward with equity would be a good move and should be a good starting point for a project.
That should be able to give all the miner a more fair reward shared, based on the work on the mining process.
