I'd vote for Mumble aswell, superior quality/bandwith/latency in my experience. And ofcourse open source and encrypted.

Am I suppose to setup a poll or something.  Roll Eyes

[Edit]:
Okay...so I've got a Mumble (murmur) server setup, but will wait till tomorrow to release the IP/PORT.
Anyone know of a server monitor (see how many users are in the server, like my Ventrilo banners)?
