Most probably.
If I was Satoshi Nakamoto probably I would do the same thing. Disappear from the media attention. But I would not leave my community. Sometimes there is important Bitcoin related questions in this forum and who can answer them best? Of course Satoshi.
I also think that he has more than one nickname here maybe 2 or 3 so he can not attract too much attention and suspicious over one nickname.
Just my thoughts and what I will probably do in his situation.

There's no username "Active" .. thought that's what you were going for. Although I tend to give less credit to theories of people who confuse Then vs Than.
