Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I think now ico project with the concept of lending is rarely the demand because it is a lot of ico-based project lending that leads to scam and disadvantage many ICO investors

Hi!

At the moment most successful crypto lending project - ETHLend. Do you really think that you can create project which will be able to be competitor to ETHLend?

What is your competitive edge?

Hello there! Because we do not cut corners on compliance, our investors are protected much more than it is common in the ICO space today. Every token represents a share of the company and revenue sharing rights.

Thanks for an interest! Unfortunately, bounty programs don't go well with the compliant security token offering.
We had many thoughts and legal discussions how to pull a bounty program with all legal and organizational constraints that our legal ICO has.

Still trying to find a way. Just to give an idea of the level of issues - you can not offer your token to anonymous persons without doing all proper KYC, AML, ID verification and in some case accredited investor verification.

Hopefully, we soon will find a way to reward community members that are interested in our offering.

Thanks!
Your concerns are very legitimate in today's market.

Our core points to prove our legitimacy and compliance are:
1) We are US based and US registered corporation.
2) We have spent an enormous amount of time, money and efforts to organize our pre-ICO (and the ICO afterward) in compliance with US security laws.
3) If you participate in our offering (this is the legal term for what we do) - you are not just sending your ETH or BTC to an anonymous wallet on the blockchain and hope all goes well. You will legally own a security - our token is organized as a preferred share of a corporation - be prepared to ID verification and some electronic paper signing.

Our core points regarding business and technology are:
1) p2p model - we connect borrowers and investors. We have experience with crypto exchange engines and will use it to make a perfect matchmaking engine to connect investors and borrowers.
2) we plan to offer a real credit card (with a credit limit and grace period) with crypto collateral. And no spending fees!
3) we are researching a decentralized blockchain - agnostic escrow for collateral management. This is in early stages and the task is really challenging - that's why we plan to do it only as a second step - focusing on the centralized solution first to cover Bitcoin and Ethereum network from the get-go.

Please ask your questions - we are happy to answer!

Getting some activity in our PM regarding this post about limitations of the security token.

Seems like many people doesn't realize how "utility tokens" are different from security tokens. Not to start a full-blown discussion on utility vs security, just some short facts.

With "utility tokens" as an issuer you are free to do almost anything they want - they are not regulated, and unfortunately, most state regulators think they are not legit. Think about it as a donation for a cool new Kickstarter thing.

With security tokens, an investor gets significant protection even just because the issuer's hands are tied by security law regulations. Think about it as buying a share in the company - more paperwork than a Kickstarter donation, but some legal rights attached to it.

Who can tell me how to see the developers and their team? And where you can watch the guarantor of the company? As I have never found them.
Because I really impressed how easy it worked and great jobs they did on their website!

I wouldn't call ETHLend the most successful lending project...

Your company is legally registered in America, this gives  more confidence in the reliability, security and transparency of your project and the fact that your project tokens are considered as the company privileged shares this gives value to your tokens. Tell me what is the profit expected for investors in your project?

Thanks for a good question!

Fist, we can not stop talking about security vs utility tokens. Maybe just because we spent so much efforts on making everything right.

ICO investors just need to understand that a company can not just self-classify its token and say "Hey we are a utility token today". Or find a test score on the Internet, written by someone for informative purposes two years ago and state - our XYZ test score is 97, so we are not a security token at all!

It is up to official regulators and judges to finally decide if your token was misclassified and it is actually a security.
And seize all ICO proceeds if it was misclassified. And some of the high ranking gov officials have said for the record that utility tokens are a nonexistent thing (meaning that everyone just misclassifies).

Misclassification of a token puts all investors at risk, but if for ICO founders this game has high rewards/ high-risk scenario, for regular ICO investors it is high risk/low rewards scenario.

Making our token a security also opens up doors to create a working and normally understandable token economy. We take 100% of company quarterly net income and share it with all token holders. Like holders of a company shares normally get dividends.

Where will the company get profits from?
We are planning to build:
1) a p2p lending platform, collecting 1.5% fee for every loan originated on the platform. Like what LendingClub or Prosper successfully doing since 2008 on the traditional lending market.

2) a family of credit products on the platform - personal loans, business and small business loans, and crypto backed credit card with a real credit limit and a grace period!

All these products will also bring revenue when used by the customers, and it is our goal to make them attractive for customers to use them in their lives.

Please ask us more questions!
