What is the IP of the computer you're using? If it's not in the 192.168.1.x range, you need to manually set it to that address range to access the blade.
Once that's done and the blade config page loads, change the blade's IP address to something in the range your computer's IP *was* set at. You can then change your computer's IP back to its previous settings and should be able to load the config page.
There's plenty of good information on this forum about setting blades up from there.

Linux - you're gonna want a command prompt, and start with "man ifconfig"
Windows - find "Network Connections", right-click and hit Properties, then under IPv4 settings change it to "Use the following IP address:", type in 192.168.1.something, 255.255.255.0, and 192.168.1.1 in the IP address, subnet mask and default gateway respectively.
Make sure you remember what the setting was previously so you can put it back to how it was once the blade's IP is changed to your home network's range.

Well the cheap PSU I bought from staples was garbage so was the WiFi Extender so instead I am going to return them and instead run some Cat5 Cable out to it's location cause I got it working on a PSU from a broken computer no problem. Then I have to change my Ip on my pc to match the same range as the blade after I get to that point.

Since you are running on 192.168.0.x and the blade is on 192.168.1.x You need to manually change the IP of your computer.
This is extremely easy to do.
1. Click on your connection status. 2. Click on Propreties 3. Double Click on Internet Protocal Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) 4. Click on use the following IP address: 5. put IP 192.168.1.10 (or any number) 6. subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 7. Gateway 192.168.1.1 (Not really inportant thought) 8. close box by clicking OK 9. close box by clicking OK 10. Connect to your blade 192.168.1.254? 11. Change the IP of your blade to 192.168.0.x (what ever IP you want) 12. Click on Update/reboot 13. Go back and do steps 1-3 again 14. Now put it back to "Obtain an IP address automatically" on the top part & on the bottom part "Obtain DNS server address automatically" 15. close box by clicking OK 16. close box by clicking OK 17. log into your blade under it's new IP 192.168.0.x (the IP you put in there)
And that's it!!
Looks like a lot of steps but it only takes about 30 seconds to do.

That PSU of yours is only 350 Watts
and it looks like it may have 2 rails one that is 10A (120w) and the other that is 13A (156w) The blade uses ~75-100 Watts so if it is hocked up to the 10A rail the 120w might not be enought to power the blade.

Have you tried to go back on your main computer to the 192.168.1.x subnet and put the ip you set aka you wanted 192.168.0.40 but you put 192.168.1.40? If you do not where it i you can use an IP scanner and put range 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.255 see if it shows up then try 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.255 and see if you get any response form any of the IP's. You can do this from any ip on your computer so no need to change your ip to do the scan. Here is one of 1000's of different IP scanners: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ipscan/?source=directoryI am unable to remember the name of the one I use on my laptop but if that one does not work I can find out the name and link of the one I use that works well.

Can you ping it?
Windows key+ R, cmd, enter
ping 192.168.1.24 and see if you get anything ping 192.168.0.24 in case the change took place or a misstype. Then try to ping 192.168.1.254 (See if it reset)
If you get no response from any of those I would use an IP scanner and see if it finds it somewhere.
