Yes it's true. Now devs had changed to Platinum from the previous owner.

Now the new owner platinum swapped to new token to Noah coin Platinum (NOAHP).

Then they increased the max supply around 2 times amount without pre-explanation.

Also they locked up 99.5% of investors token at their exchange BTC NEXT,

and now they are making ponzi-scheme system named Noah city passport.

Putting money is depending on you, however I totally not recommend to invest this token.
